October 24, 2018 – Government contract lawyer Tim Connelly attended the Minnesota PTA Outstate Procurement Fair in Red Wing, Minnesota. Tim delivered a presentation titled “Don’t Be A Fraud!” to a large crowd of small business owners and government procurement specialists. The presentation reviewed basic compliance issues for small contractors, the primary means of government enforcement, and best practices for avoiding costly mistakes.

Tim’s presentation addressed new developments of interest to Small Business government contractors, including a review of SBA’s new “All Small” Mentor-Protege Program.
